Is MBE an express delivery service?

MBE is not an express delivery service, it is much more than that.
It manages your shipments before, during and after delivery. It puts at your disposal the most suitable delivery service for each situation, depending on your needs.

Enviam qualquer tamanho e peso?

Na MBE enviamos embalagems só até 70Kg, ou  até 274 cm de comprimento total, ou com o total de 400 cm de comprimento e perímetro combinados [perímetro = (2x largura) + (2 x altura)]

Quando tempo demoram os envios?

Depende do serviço que escolher, pode ir de 1 dia útil (normalmente na Europa) com serviços Expresso, até 8 dias (normalmente para o resto do mundo) com serviços Standard.  No momento do envio ajudamos a escolher o serviço mais apropriado ao que precisa.

Posso enviar prendas  / ofertas para o estrangeiro ?

Pode (sempre que não sejam produtos proibidos).  Os envios pessoais são normalmente considerados "transacções não comerciais" e por isso normalmente não sujeitos às taxas de cada país.  Cada caso é um caso. Fale connosco e explicaremos melhor.

It is the sender's responsibility to ensure compliance with government regulations or legislation currently in force in each country. The sender must respect the list of articles prohibited for importation. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend the transport of any package which does not contain the name of the person to contact, both sender and recipient, as well as information on the goods which, in our opinion, should not be transported or which are not correctly described, classified or packaged and labeled appropriately for transport, accompanied by the necessary documentation.

- Mercadorias movimentadas sob ATA Carnet e todas as exportações e importações temporárias; mercadorias movimentadas sob FCR, FCT e CAD (Pagamento Contra Documento)

- Remessas com vício inerente, que por sua natureza são suscetíveis de sujar, prejudicar ou danificar pessoas, mercadorias ou equipamentos; mercadorias, cujo transporte é proibido por lei no país de origem, trânsito ou destino (como marfim)

- Mercadorias que atraem imposto sobre produtos industrializados (por exemplo, bebidas alcoólicas), ou que exigem instalações especiais, precauções de segurança ou autorizações De acordo com a lei aplicável, certas mercadorias só podem ser transportadas sob condições prescritas e certas mercadorias são proibidas de transporte por via aérea (por exemplo, líquidos em recipientes de vidro).

É responsabilidade do remetente cumprir com os regulamentos governamentais ou leis vigentes aplicáveis em cada país. As remessas estão sujeitas a inspeção e possíveis atrasos pela alfândega ou representantes de outras autoridades governamentais.

Reservamos o direito de recusar ou suspender o transporte de qualquer encomenda que não contenha os detalhes de contato do remetente e do destinatário, e de mercadorias.

Não podemos transportar quaisquer mercadorias que sejam proibidas por lei ou regulamento de qualquer governo nacional, federal, estadual, regional ou local nos países de origem ou destino ou que possam violar quaisquer leis aplicáveis de exportação, importação ou outras ou colocar em perigo a segurança dos nossos funcionários, agentes e subcontratados ou os meios de transporte.

Can I send a gift to the United States?

Yes, you can send an offer (or gift) to the United States. 
However, there are some rules and regulations that you need to be aware of.

It is important to know that all international shipments to the United States are subject to inspection by United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP). When you ship a gift to the US, it must be declared to CBP and may be subject to taxes or duties.

Also, there are restrictions on what types of items can be sent as gifts to the United States. For example, items such as firearms, tobacco products and certain agricultural products may not be permitted. Please note that certain goods may require special permits or licenses to be imported.

It is also important to note that gifts worth more than a certain amount (currently $100) may be subject to US gift tax. However, in 2021, the annual gift tax exclusion is $15,000 per recipient, which means that if your gift has less (declared) value than this amount, it likely won't be subject to gift tax.
