In 2000 to 2010 MBE acquires the majority of MBE Spain, Germany and in 2009 form theMBE Worldwidepurchasing Mail Boxes Etc from UPS (except US and Canada).
2012 to 2016 MBE acquires a direct presence in France and Poland and in 2016 represents more than1500 Service Centers Worldwide.
2017 to 2018 the MBE buys thePostNetand theAlphaGraphicsin the USA, and acquires ownership of 44 Service Centers creating its own platform of Directly Operated Stores.
2020 MBE signs an agreement with Oaktree Capital Management LP for the purchase of a 40% stake in MBE Worldwide (restricted capital increase) to leverage its growth
In 2021, MBE Worldwide acquire PACK & SEND in Australia, New Zealand and UK, Multicopy in the Netherlands and PrestaShop, the leading e-commerce platform in Europe and Latin America.
2022 the purchase ofGEL Proximityin Italy, and theWorld Optionsin the UK, USA, Australia, Holland and Belgium
In 2023, MBE Worldwide acquire 100% of the share capital of PACK & SEND UK and PACK & SEND New Zealand from former Master Licensees.
In 2024 MBE Worldwide changes its Group brand identity to Fortidia (fortidia.com), and consolidates its international positioning in the e-commerce, fulfillment, shipping, marketing and print sectors, addressing the market with a brand that fully encapsulates the essence of the Group’s capabilities and aspirations.
